License to use Keyfin
Snow Tree grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use Keyfin for your real estate business, subject to these terms and the App Store terms that apply to your download.
App Store terms
Keyfin is distributed through Apple. Apple's App Store terms, family sharing rules, refund policies, and account requirements apply to your download and purchases.
Subscriptions and paid features
Paid features may be offered through App Store subscriptions or purchases. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple account unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, and retention of information you store in Keyfin. Keyfin is a productivity tool and does not replace professional legal, tax, brokerage, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Keyfin to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the app, or store information you do not have permission to manage.
No warranty
Keyfin is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snow Tree disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Keyfin changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
