About Keyfin
Keyfin is a real estate CRM for iPhone and iPad. The app helps solo agents manage contacts, deals, listings, tasks, open houses, and mileage from their own Apple devices.
On-device app data
Your Keyfin business data is stored on your iPhone and iPad. Snow Tree does not operate a Keyfin account server or hosted CRM database for your contacts, deals, listings, tasks, or mileage logs.
iCloud sync
When you use iCloud sync, Apple syncs your data through your personal Apple account. Apple is responsible for iCloud security, availability, and account controls.
No Keyfin account required
Keyfin does not require a separate username, password, email verification, or account profile before you can use the app.
No behavioral tracking
The Keyfin marketing site and app are designed without behavioral advertising profiles. We do not sell your client or transaction data.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, and payment details are handled by Apple through the App Store. Snow Tree may receive Apple-provided purchase status needed to unlock paid app features.
Crash reports and diagnostics
If you choose to share diagnostics with developers through Apple, Apple may provide crash and performance information. Those reports are used to diagnose reliability issues and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Keyfin changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
